Pakistan is 9th largest pool of scientists and engineers in the world. world class universities are now available in Pakistan. Pakistan is much much bigger and diverse . I think education is something Indians need desperately judging by the comments here. US has more per capita guns than Pakistan , it does not make them backward. Pakistan's cricketers, scientists, bureaucrats and politicians sometimes love firing guns , that doesn't make them less qualified for their jobs.
