99.99% of Western music uses a 4/4 time signature. This song doesn't. It uses a 11/8 and a 11/4 time signature. That's why it sounds so different.
The way the song begins it just feels like being launched forward in odd time

I don't know why this is their most popular. It's good but Pig and Baboon are way better, and most of their other songs have better vocals.
