I believe Topper was out of the group at this point because of his drug addiction. Paul, Joe, and Mick wanted him to get treatment. This is their first drummer Terry Chimes (aka. Torry Crimes) on the drums. He appeared on their 1st album as well, and toured with them on their Combat Rock tour.
