Ive got a bolt action 50 cal. The muzzle brake weighs probably 5 lbs just on its own.
But the nice thing is it reduces the recoil so much, the only thing that makes it hard to shoot is the concussion and the sound.
This is just fun, inefficient shooting. Military and police typically use semi auto to not waste rounds and hold point of aim, unless they are laying suppressive fire

I am always impressed with how well my Garand shoots every time I take it out, even with old tarnished Greek HXP ammo. VS any full rifle caliber semi auto of that era it's easier to shoot well from the examples I've tried.

Its honestly a worse experience shooting an AR15 than a 50cal. Not that its a bad experience what so ever absolutely not "ptsd" inducing like someone said a few years ago, but a 50 isnt anything like youd think it would be
absolute worst way to introduce a new shooter to guns…. she took it well, but you should ALWAYS start someone out on small caliber .22 or 22 250. Then work your way up in caliber… Get them used to the sound and recoil instead of giving them a high caliber rifle immediately.
In another video, you said the nozzle flash is huge with real guns, like 2/3 the size of the weapon…. I can't see that in this vid.
